must delete permit notes before deleting users or organizations.

Run scripts in this order:

1. Set limit on number of files to download from city first, currently set at limit 20 for testing. This script will add raw data to the building_permits table. Run from inside the scripts folder.
    
    php update_databased.php

2. Populate the general_contractors table by running the script update_contractors.php in the scripts folder. This script 'noramlizes' the contractor's names. No Contractor phone, website or address yet but Website is populated with contractor name and site address at this stage for sure, or maybe by first step, need to check on next test.

    php update_contractors.php

3. Populate address, website and phone number in general_contractors table and on website by running the script enrich_contractors.php in the scripts folder.

4. Populate work type, summary and call reason on website and in permit_ai table by running this inside the scripts folder.

    permit_ai_worker.php

5. Send test emails run script process_saved_search_alerts.php.  Will send an email for every saved search that has email enabled in the saved_searches table.
